These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any coaching services provided by The Male Fertility PT. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

The Male Fertility PT provides evidence-informed exercise, lifestyle and wellbeing coaching for men and couples navigating fertility challenges.

Our services may include:

• Free introductory consultations

• One-to-one coaching

• Personalised exercise programming

• Lifestyle coaching

• Behaviour change support

• Educational resources

• Ongoing coaching through Trainerize

Our coaching is designed to support healthier lifestyle choices and is not a substitute for medical care.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Male Fertility PT provides coaching and education only.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

All coaching, exercise recommendations and educational content are intended to complement, not replace, advice from your GP, fertility clinic or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.

You should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning any exercise programme if you have concerns regarding your health.

4. Booking a Consultation

Our introductory consultations are provided to discuss your circumstances, answer your questions and determine whether coaching is appropriate for your needs.

Booking a consultation does not create a coaching agreement or oblige either party to proceed with coaching.

​

5. Coaching Services

Should you decide to work with The Male Fertility PT, the details of your coaching programme, pricing and support will be confirmed before coaching begins.

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching programmes require an initial minimum commitment of three (3) months. This allows sufficient time to implement meaningful exercise and lifestyle changes and assess progress appropriately.

​

Following the initial commitment, coaching will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Participation in coaching is voluntary.

​

You are responsible for following recommendations safely and exercising within your own capabilities.

​

6. Payments

Coaching fees are payable in advance in accordance with your selected coaching package.

​

Prices may change in the future but will not affect coaching that has already been purchased.

​

Where notice to cancel coaching has been provided, coaching fees remain payable throughout the notice period and coaching support will continue until that period ends.

​

7. Cancellation and Notice

If you need to cancel or rearrange a consultation, please provide as much notice as possible.

​

Following the initial three-month coaching commitment, coaching may be cancelled by either party by providing one (1) month's written notice.

Support and payments will continue throughout the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

The Male Fertility PT reserves the right to rearrange appointments where reasonably necessary.

​

8. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you purchase coaching online, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

​

In most circumstances you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchasing a coaching programme.

​

However, if you request coaching to begin during this 14-day period and coaching has commenced, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Health and Safety

By participating in coaching you confirm that:

• Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You understand exercise carries an inherent level of risk.

• You will stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or concerning symptoms.

• You will seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

10. Results Disclaimer

Exercise and lifestyle improvements may positively influence general health and fertility.

​

However, fertility outcomes are influenced by many biological, medical and environmental factors outside the control of The Male Fertility PT. For this reason, no guarantee of improved fertility, successful conception, pregnancy or any other specific outcome can be made.

11. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations and coaching sessions will be treated confidentially.

​

Confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless:

• you have provided your consent;

• disclosure is required by law; or

• there is a genuine concern regarding the safety of yourself or another individual.

12. Intellectual Property

All coaching programmes, educational resources, documents, videos, graphics, written content and materials supplied by The Male Fertility PT remain the intellectual property of NeXYs Fertility Ltd unless otherwise stated.

​

They are provided solely for your personal use and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or sold without prior written permission.

​

13. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.

​

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

​

14. Limitation of Liability

The Male Fertility PT provides evidence-informed coaching intended to support healthier lifestyle choices. While reasonable care is taken in providing coaching services, participation remains entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeXYs Fertility Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or coaching services.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

• any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

15. Force Majeure

The Male Fertility PT shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to provide services where circumstances are beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, severe weather, internet outages, power failures, government restrictions or failures of third-party technology providers.

Where reasonably possible, appointments will be rearranged at the earliest opportunity.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. By using our website or coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
