Life doesn't stop because you're trying to conceive, and trying to make meaningful changes to your health alongside work, relationships and everyday life can quickly become overwhelming and stressful.

Male fertility is complex, and no coach, clinic or supplement can honestly guarantee results. Fertility is influenced by many factors, some of which are outside of our control. However, one area we can influence is our health.
Research suggests that men who are regularly physically active and maintain a healthy body composition are more likely to have better sperm parameters and overall health. While lifestyle changes won't overcome every cause of infertility, they can support hormone health, mental wellbeing and help optimise your fertility potential. Just as importantly, regular exercise can provide a sense of control during one of the most challenging periods many men will ever face.
The challenge is that many men are simply told to "lose some weight" or "live healthier" without ever being shown what that actually means. Should you exercise more? Improve your sleep? Change your diet? Manage stress? The advice is often vague, making it difficult to know where to start or what will genuinely make a difference.
That's where I want to help.

Back in 2011, I was told I was infertile. Like many men, I left that appointment knowing what the problem was, but with very little understanding of what I could actually do about it. I was advised to lose weight, eat healthier and make some lifestyle changes, but nobody explained how to put that advice into practice. I walked away feeling confused, powerless and with far more questions than answers.
That experience is why I created the Male Fertility PT. If you're reading this, there's a good chance you've had a similar experience. Maybe you've recently been told your sperm quality isn't where it needs to be, you're preparing for IVF or ICSI, or you're simply wondering if there's anything you can do to improve your health and fertility.
Using my background in health and fitness, I committed to improving my own lifestyle to give Jennifer and me the best possible chance. Over time, my sperm concentration increased from around 1,500 sperm per millilitre to more than 4 million sperm per millilitre, and my sperm morphology improved to over 4%. Alongside fertility treatment, those changes became part of our journey to welcoming our son Sebastian into the world. A few years later, following the same principles alongside fertility treatment, our daughter Enya completed our family.
My story isn't proof that lifestyle changes guarantee success, because they don't. Every fertility journey is different. What it did teach me is that improving your health isn't just about supporting fertility. It's about taking back control, making informed decisions and giving yourself the best possible chance.
That's the approach I now take with every client: practical, evidence-based coaching that helps you improve your health, support your fertility and take control of what you can control.
